社内外からアクセスする企業内クライアントPCのセキュリティ条件の集中管理と検疫を実現

チェック・ポイント・ソフトウェア・テクノロジーズ株式会社（本社：東京都新宿区、代表取締役社長：松下 晃雄）は、NTTコミュニケーションズ株式会社（以下：NTT Com）が本年2月1日に新たに提供開始した『検疫型クライアントサービス』に、Check Point® Integrityが採用されたことを本日発表しました。今回の採用は、チェック・ポイントのエンドポイント・セキュリティ製品であるIntegrityが国内のMSP（マネージド・サービス・プロバイダ）型サービスに導入された初の ケースとなります。

『検疫型クライアントサービス』は、Check Point Integrityを利用して、社内外からアクセスする顧客企業のクライアントPCのセキュリティ条件を集中管理する機能を提供します。 具体的には、NTT Comが運用・管理するセキュリティ管理サーバーからVPNを介して顧客企業のネットワークにアクセスし、その企業の管理者が自社のクライアントPC向けに予め設定したセキュリティ条件に合うファイアウォール・ソフトウェアを集中的に配布、運用、管理します。

また、『検疫型クライアントサービス』は、Check Point Integrityが提供するクライアント型ファイアウォール機能を利用して、モバイル環境で利用されるクライアントPCにもファイアウォール機能を実装し、インターネットを介した不正アクセスやウィルス感染などの脅威からクライアントPCを保護します。さらに、当サービスはウィルス対策ソフトとも連携を図り、ウィルス対策 ソフトの有無、パターン・ファイルの更新状況、エンジン・バージョンの確認、およびOSパッチなどの適用状況などを確認し、セキュリティ条件に適合していないクライアントＰＣに対してアラートを表示するとともに、そのクライアントPCの通信を制御する検疫機能を提供しており、クライアントPCから社内ネットワーク内へのウィルスやワームの拡散を防止します。
今回の採用で、Check Point Integrityが提供するエンドポイント・セキュリティの高い信頼性と優れた管理機能が改めて実証されました。

This milestone marks the first MSP (managed service provider)-based service in Japan for a Check Point implementation.

Utilizing the client-based firewall capability provided by Check Point, the SafeConnect service implements firewall capability in client PCs used in mobile environments to protect the PCs from Internet threats such as unauthorized accesses and virus infection. Moreover, the MSP service offers quarantine capability to send an alert to non-policy-compliant client PCs that haven't applied updated pattern files of anti-virus software and engines as well as patches for the operating system, while blocking access from such non-compliant client PCs to protect the corporate network from virus and warm diffusion.
